The investor has to call the toll free no 1800 300 11111 and authenticate oneself using the folio number and PIN issued by RMF. On successful authentication over the IVR, the investor would be guided over to the call centre agent to place the transaction request.

A confirmation message over the IVR would be read out to the investor to confirm the scheme/amount before confirming the transaction.

• Select 'No' in 'Hold in Demat Format' (Select 'Yes' if you have demat account)

5. Select Payment mode and Payment Gateway Bank details. Read Terms and Conditions and select 'I agree with above Terms and Conditions' (Click Continue button to proceed further)

6. Verify your details in Confirmation page and Click Submit button to proceed with your Payment Gateway. Once payment processed successfully, you will be receiving confirmation details for your transaction.
